📦 When will I receive my order?

All our garments are printed to order — it’s part of our commitment to reducing waste and creating a more sustainable fashion future.

  • Up to 3 working days for production
  • UK delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch
  • International: 7–20 working days depending on your location

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation as soon as your parcel is on the way.

🔁 Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original condition.

  • As items are made to order, we don’t offer size exchanges
  • Return postage is your responsibility (unless the item is faulty)

🧵 What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, send us a message within 30 days with a photo and description. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — no need to return the faulty item.

❌ Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order enters production (usually within 12–24 hours), we’re unable to cancel or make changes. Double-check your order details before checking out.

✈️ Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide 🌍

  • UK delivery: 3–5 working days
  • International orders: Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

📏 What sizing do you use?

We use UK unisex sizing with a relaxed, all-gender fit.

  • Size down for a fitted feel
  • Size up for a looser, laid-back look

🛍️ Who prints and ships my order?

All products are made using ethical print-on-demand partners:

  • Teemill (UK): for certified organic cotton garments
  • Printify (Global): for select items printed closer to you

🔐 How is my data handled?

We only use your information to fulfil your order. Your data is shared securely with our production partners and is never sold or passed to third parties.

💳 How do refunds work?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved. If fulfilled via Printify, refunds may go to your Printify balance depending on their system.
